3. Plunger Trough

4. Main shaft bearings

5. Gear Reducer

SAE 90 Gear Oil

Check Oil Level Weekly

Change oil after first 100 hours of operation

Change oil every three months after Break-in.

To Check Oil Level - Remove Plug at Oil Fill and Check

To Change Oil - Remove fill plug then remove drain plug at bottom of reducer; oil will drain.  Clean magnetized drain plug and replace.  Add oil to Fill Line.

6. Cross Guide Bars

SAE 90 Gear Oil

7. Motor Bearings

Lithium Base Bearing Grease

As specified by the Motor manufacturer

Suggested Pump Lubricants:

1.      SAE 90 Gear Oil - Mobil Gear Oil # 629 or similar

2.      Lithium Base Grease - Shell Cyprina # 3 or similar
